On September 27, 2024, Zijin Mining Group acquired more than 5% of the company's shares through block trading from one of the concerted actions of Fuyuan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fuyuan Industrial") in Fujian, a shareholder holding more than 5%, namely Shanghai Xintuocheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.
