Finance and Economics APP News, Doyen Intl Hold(00668) announced that on September 27, 2024, the offeror Silver Bond received commitments from Polar International (Hong Kong) Trading Limited (Polar International); Jinhua Junchang Industrial Co., Ltd. (Jinhua); and Prime Eternal Limited (Prime Eternal), which are irrevocable. As of the date of this announcement, Polar International holds 0.14 billion shares, accounting for approximately 10.99% of the company's issued share capital; Jinhua holds 70 million shares, accounting for approximately 5.49% of the company's issued share capital; and Prime Eternal holds 39.98 million shares, accounting for approximately 3.14% of the company's issued share capital.

In accordance with other irrevocable commitments, Polar International, Jinhua, and Prime Eternal have each irrevocably and unconditionally undertaken to Silver Bond (including) to exercise (or cause other registered owners of IU shares (as applicable) to exercise (personally or through their appointed representatives)) the shares held by them on the respective date of their other irrevocable commitments; and the additional shares held by them with beneficial ownership (or otherwise capable of exercising all associated rights, including facilitating transfers and voting) after the respective date of their other irrevocable commitments (referred to as other IU shares) of all voting rights attached to approve the relevant resolutions of the joint announcement at court meetings and special general meetings of shareholders.
