On September 27, Gelonhui announced that the board of directors made a resolution on September 27, 2024, Mr. Chen Yinglong will no longer serve as an executive director and chairman of the board due to adjustments in his job responsibilities, and the relevant arrangements take immediate effect. After Mr. Chen resigns as an executive director, he will also no longer serve as the chairman of the board nomination committee and global strategy committee, and will no longer act as the CEO (i.e. General Manager).

Mr. Yang Jun and Mr. Li Hongjian have been appointed as executive directors, effective from September 27, 2024.
