On September 27th, Gleaneu announced that sanctions and instructions have been imposed on Wisdom Wealth Holdings Group Limited and ten directors, among others.

HKEX has instructed that (1) Neil Bush, Cao Yu, Lan Guoqing, Lan Guolun, Xu Junjia, and Wu Zhijian must each complete seventeen hours of training on regulatory and legal issues (including compliance matters under the Listing Rules); and (2) The prerequisite for Christopher Hui, Brian Hui, Ren Qian, and Chen Weiming to be reappointed as directors of any HKEX listed company or company to be listed on HKEX in the future is to complete seventeen hours of training on regulatory and legal issues (including compliance matters under the Listing Rules). Written confirmation of full compliance with HKEX instructions has now been provided, confirming that seven of the ten directors concerned have completed the training, as listed below: - Cao Yu, Lan Guoqing, Lan Guolun, Xu Junjia, Wu Zhijian, Christopher Hui, and Brian Hui (referred to as 'the seven directors').

The company confirms that the seven directors have fully complied with the training requirements specified in the announcement.
