Jiang Yongjun will become the fourth president of the bank.

Previously, Wang Yuhai served as the President of Yilian Bank, previously a senior manager and risk manager at American Express, and the chief risk officer of the credit card center of Guangfa Bank. Due to reaching the legal retirement age, he no longer holds the position of President of Yilian Bank.

It is known that Jiang Yongjun studied at the University of Science and Technology of China and Fudan University, with a postgraduate degree. After graduation, he joined the original Shenzhen Development Bank (now Ping An Bank), which was later acquired by Ping An. Previously, he served as the Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, and Vice President of the Credit Card Center of Ping An Bank, with over 30 years of experience in the banking industry.

Public information shows that Yilian Bank is the first private bank in Northeast China. In May 2017, it was jointly established in Changchun by Zhongfa Jinkong Investment, Jilin Sankuai Technology (Meituan), and other seven private enterprises, with a registered capital of 3 billion yuan.
