As the trade statistics used for fuel cost adjustments in electricity bills were announced today, the average fuel prices for June to August 2024 have been determined. As a result, our company will implement fuel cost adjustments for the electricity bills in November 2024 as follows:

Regarding customers who use high-voltage and special high-voltage supplies, we will implement fuel cost adjustments reflecting wholesale market prices.
Furthermore, based on the 'Electricity and Gas Rate Support' announced on June 21, 2024, the electricity bills for November 2024 (for October 2024 usage) will be reduced by a fuel cost adjustment unit price of 2.50 yen/kWh for low-pressure customers and 1.30 yen/kWh for high-pressure supply customers.
In addition, as part of our company's initiative to reduce the burden of electricity bills, from April 2024 to March 2025 (for usage from March 2024 to February 2025), the fuel cost adjustment unit price will be reduced by 1.74 yen/kWh for high-pressure and special high-pressure supply customers.

(Note 1) For high-pressure supply customers with a contract power of 500 kilowatts or more, the billing for November 2024 will apply.
(Note 2) The electricity bills for September and October 2024 (usage in August and September 2024. However, for high-pressure supply customers with a contract power of 500 kilowatts or more, the billing will apply to usage in September and October 2024) will be reduced by a fuel cost adjustment unit price of 4.00 yen/kWh for low-pressure customers and 2.00 yen/kWh for high-pressure supply customers.
(Note 3) For customers with a contract electricity of 500 kilowatts or more, usage will be from April 2024 to March 2025.
