(referred to as "Zhuzhou Guotou"), had a change in equity structure. This was due to the Zhuzhou Municipal People's Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (referred to as "Zhuzhou Municipal State-owned Assets Commission") transferring its 90% equity in Zhuzhou Guotou to Zhuzhou City Industrial Development Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhuzhou Municipal State-owned Assets Commission, without consideration, which did not lead to a change in the quantity or proportion of shares held by Zhuzhou Guotou in the company. Following this change in the controlling shareholder's equity structure, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller remain unchanged, and it will not affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operation.
