On September 27th, Gelonhui announced that due to age reasons, Huang Haiqing resigned as an executive director, chairman of the board of directors, chairman of the nomination committee, member of the remuneration committee, and authorized representative; and after considering the recommendation of the nomination committee, the board of directors appointed Wang Silian as executive director, chairman of the board of directors, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee. At the same time, the board of directors also appointed Wang Silian as an authorized representative. The above changes will take effect from September 27, 2024.
