Jiahua Shareholder (603182.SH) announced on September 27th that, due to the completion of the 'High-end Soybean Protein Production Base Construction Project' and the 'East Plant Area 0.02 million tons of Isolated Protein Expansion Project' reaching the planned usable state, in order to improve the efficiency of the use of funds raised, the company intends to use the remaining funds totaling 78.821 million yuan (the actual amount is subject to the balance of the account on the day of the fund transfer) for the ongoing investment project 'Annual Output of 0.03 million tons of Soybean Fiber Protein Expansion Project'. The 'Annual Output of 0.03 million tons of Soybean Fiber Protein Expansion Project' was approved to be included in the investment project at the company's first extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2023 on March 2nd, with a total investment of 110 million yuan and a plan to use 55 million yuan of the funds raised. After the remaining funds from the above completed investment projects are transferred to the 'Annual Output of 0.03 million tons of Soybean Fiber Protein Expansion Project', it can effectively improve the efficiency of the use of funds raised and further meet the financial needs of the project. The total payable amount of 40.2636 million yuan for the completed investment projects will continue to be deposited in the raised funds account for subsequent project construction final payments and warranty payments, etc. Once the payments are completed, the company will proceed with the account closure procedures, cancel the original fundraising account, and terminate the related fundraising account supervision agreement signed with the sponsoring institutions and banks.
