On September 27, 2024, the special plan completed the disposal and distribution payment of the principal and expected income of the priority asset-backed securities, and the priority asset-backed securities of the special plan have been delisted. Therefore, the obligations assumed by the company in the "Special Plan Shortfall Guaranty Agreement", "Special Plan Liquidity Support Agreement", and "Special Plan Priority Purchase Right Agreement" signed with Shanghai Everbright Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd.
