(hereinafter referred to as "Hengshengli Xun" or "the target company") plans to increase capital and introduce Hengshengli Xun employee stock ownership platform (proposed establishment of Hengshengli Xun employee stock ownership platform A and Hengshengli Xun employee stock ownership platform B). In this capital increase, it is proposed to increase the registered capital of Hengshengli Xun by 10 million yuan, of which the company proposes to increase the amount of registered capital by 5.5 million yuan, and the Hengshengli Xun employee stock ownership platform proposes to increase the amount of registered capital by 4.5 million yuan.
