In May 2024, in response to the trend of domestic industrial structure upgrading and the shift in construction market demand from new construction to renovation, based on the strategic cooperation between the company and keshun waterproof technologies, the company established the Hualan-Keshun Construction and Renovation Business Unit, dedicated to comprehensive development in areas such as renovation of old neighborhoods, general building refurbishment, area renewal, electromechanical transformation, and structural reinforcement, aiming to create a new growth pole in the building maintenance market. Currently, building renovation-related businesses account for a small proportion of the company's total revenue.
