(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Koichi Akenaga, hereinafter referred to as 'Kawasaki Kisen') and Kabushiki Kaisha Joongumi (Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, President: Yoshihiro Fukai, hereinafter referred to as 'Joongumi') have agreed to establish a holding company where Kawasaki Kisen becomes the parent company of Kei Line Logistics Corporation (hereinafter 'Kei Line Logistics'), transfer all the shares of Kei Line Logistics held by Kawasaki Kisen, and subject to the necessary approvals and procedures of the relevant authorities, transfer 47% of the total shares of the holding company to Joongumi.
