ZGC Tec Leasing (01601.HK) announced that it acquired new energy logistics vehicles and two patents from Ground Metro Rental (Shenzhen) and its 33 subsidiary companies yesterday (26th), with transfer prices of 0.1 billion yuan and 10 million yuan respectively, and then leased back the batch of new energy logistics vehicles and patents to the lessee.

According to the financing lease agreement, the lease terms are 36 and 24 months respectively, with total lease amounts of approximately 0.108 billion yuan and 10.6001 million yuan. This includes financing lease principal amounts of 0.1 billion yuan and 10 million yuan, and financing lease interest income of approximately 8.7876 million yuan and 0.6001 million yuan. (js/k)
