The team used to work in the office three days a week. This change aims to create a more collaborative environment and strengthen the skills development of team members. The memo points out that remote work should now be considered an exception rather than a routine practice. Dell also stated that more details about remote worker policies will be released in the coming weeks. Last week, amazon also adjusted its work policy, announcing that starting next year, employees will be required to work in the office five days a week.
