According to domestic media reports, alibaba-SW (09988.HK)(BABA.US)'s Taobao Tmall and jd.com Group-SW (09618.HK(JD.US) e-commerce platforms will open up to each other, reaching consensus on logistics and payment cooperation. Taobao Tmall is about to officially access jd.com logistics (02618.HK), while jd.com will introduce alibaba's Cainiao Express and Cainiao stations as pickup points, and is expected to go live in mid-October.

The report also pointed out that jd.com will officially access alibaba's Alipay payment, expected to be launched on the eve of the november 11 shopping festival. Currently, when consumers place orders on jd.com, the default payment method order is jd.com Pay, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, etc.
