Upon the recommendation of the company's Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Guo Cheng Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditor, effective from September 26, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Deloitte, with the term ending at the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
