Replacement of bank loans. Since the beginning of this year, the company has successively completed the replacement of bank loans for projects such as Beijing Centergate Technologies and Chongqing Chaotianmen, involving an amount of 4.03 billion yuan, effectively reducing the cost of financing. In the future, the company will continue to carry out refinancing work based on specific project circumstances, further reducing the cost of financing, ensuring liquidity security.
