On September 26th, GEHLi reported that Mr. Gu Weiwen has resigned as an executive director and vice chairman of the board of directors to devote more time to handle other matters; and Mr. Zhang Jian has resigned as an executive director to devote more time to handle other matters.

The board of directors further announced that after Mr. Gu's resignation, Mr. Gu will no longer be the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange. The company secretary, Mr. Zhao Zhipeng, has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from September 26, 2024.
