Gu Weiwen has resigned as executive director and vice chairman of the board of directors in order to spend more time dealing with other matters, effective September 26, 2024. Following Mr. Yu Gu's resignation, Mr. Gu will no longer be a member of the Investment Committee from September 26, 2024. The board of directors will appoint new members to the Investment Committee in due course; and Zhang Jian has resigned as an executive director to spend more time dealing with other matters, effective September 26, 2024.

Following Mr. Yu Gu's resignation, Mr. Gu is no longer an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Stock Exchange Securities Listing Rules with effect from September 26, 2024. Company Secretary Zhao Zhipeng has been appointed as an authorized representative with effect from September 26, 2024.
