Zhongtong Financial News APP, Jinpu Landscaping (301098.SZ) announced the 2024 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (draft), planning to grant incentive recipients no more than 3.5 million shares of restricted stocks, accounting for approximately 2.21% of the total share capital of the company at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. The grant price is 3.83 yuan per share.

In this stock-based incentive plan, the restricted stocks are valid from the date of grant until the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients are completely released from restriction or repurchased and cancelled, up to a maximum of 48 months.
