■Amiya <4258> Company Overview

● Management Policy

In addition to developing the log management service “ALOg Series” as a domestic manufacturer, it also provides a cloud service “Network All Cloud” for communication infrastructure. “SECURE THE SUCCESS. We have set a vision of “-Towards a society where everyone can enjoy safety through automation-”, and our mission is to realize a “safe and secure information communication infrastructure” and support corporate DX promotion.

The company name “network” comes from the fact that the company has built internet infrastructure. At the time of establishment, it was developing a business connecting LAN, which is a network connected in a limited area such as an office, to a WAN, which is a wide-area network. After that, it steered as a cybersecurity company against the backdrop of increased demand in the cybersecurity market, such as internal fraud countermeasures and cyber attack countermeasures, and continued steady business expansion. Our strength is our technical ability to develop cybersecurity products in-house.

■Business Overview

Develop on 2 axes: data security business and network security business

1. Business content

The company's business consists of two businesses: the “data security business,” which protects the safety of information, and the “network security business,” which protects the safety of communication. The sales structure ratio for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending 2024/12 was 41.5% for the data security business, 58.5% for the network security business, 55.2% for the segment profit structure, and 44.8% for the network security business.

The company has set ARR as an important KPI for each business. ARR is sales obtained every year, and it is also called “annual ordinary profit” or “annual regular income.” Since one-year sales from continuous purchases and monthly/yearly subscription services are also included in ARR, it is an important indicator in the SaaS business in particular. In the second quarter of the fiscal year ending 2024/12, the data security business grew steadily to 960 million yen (up 28.0% from the same period last year) and the network security business to 1510 million yen (up 21.8% from the same period). Additionally, all-subscription sales of the “ALOg Series,” which is our main product, began in the 2nd quarter of the 2024/12 fiscal year, and we expect further stability in the profit structure and improvement in LTV.
