Yin Fugang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Binhai Investment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., first introduced the development history, operation status, resource endowment, and development ideas of Binhai Investment to the guests; he reviewed in detail the successful completion of the Binhai New Tian LNG Gas Supply Pipeline Project (New Tian LNG Cao Yong Pipeline Baodi Distribution Station) and the new achievements made in the past year through cooperation, and made suggestions for deepening cooperation in the next step.

Mr. Lu Yang fully affirmed the business development of Binhai Investment, and expressed his approval of the efficient completion of the Baodi New Tian LNG Gas Supply Pipeline Project (New Tian LNG Cao Yong Pipeline Baodi Distribution Station) jointly completed by both parties. Mr. Lu Yang believes that both companies have a strong sense of market-oriented awareness and a win-win cooperation philosophy, and there are broad prospects for cooperation in various aspects such as gas supply and sales, cooperation and development of terminal power plant demand, and joint gas source procurement.

Gao Liang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Binhai Investment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., warmly welcomed Mr. Lu Yang and his delegation to Binhai Investment, and commended the achievements of the cooperation between the two sides in the past year. Mr. Gao Liang emphasized that Binhai Investment has been deeply involved in the urban gas business for more than thirty years, committed to being an advocate and operator of China's clean energy, and believes that with the joint efforts of both parties, they will continue to maintain a good strategic partnership and further deepen cooperation in aspects such as industrial chain synergy in the future.

Both sides also had in-depth discussions on topics such as the current domestic and international natural gas situation, market demand analysis, and reached multiple agreements on details such as gas supply and demand in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region this winter and next spring, and the integration of upstream and downstream resources. This will bring more stable, high-quality, and affordable gas supply guarantee for downstream users in the Tianjin-Hebei region. This friendly meeting marks a new starting point for the deepening of diversified cooperation between the two parties against the background of coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
