On September 25th, Gelunhui announced that the board of directors hereby announces: (1) Chen Weijie has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the board nomination and corporate governance committee, as well as a member of the board audit committee and board remuneration committee; (2) Ma Tiansheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; (3) Lou Zhenye has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee; (4) Xu Jinwen has been reassigned as a member of the remuneration committee.
