Now the relevant situation is announced as follows:

Based on confidence in the future development of Accelink Technologies and recognition of the long-term investment value of Accelink Technologies, in order to promote the continuous, stable, and healthy development of Accelink Technologies and maintain the stability of capital markets, the Company promises that within 36 months from the date when it holds the non-publicly issued restricted shares of Accelink Technologies are listed for circulation (i.e. from October 8, 2024 to October 7, 2027), it will not reduce its shareholding in any way. During the above commitment period, if there is an increase in shares due to capital reserve conversion to share capital, stock dividend distribution, rights issue, etc. in this shareholding, the Company will also abide by the non-reduction commitment. If this commitment is violated, all proceeds from reducing the company's shares will belong to Accelink Technologies.
