According to the announcement by Jiading International Group (08153) on Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, at 6:00 pm on September 20, 2024 (Friday) (the final deadline for the offering agents to subscribe for the unsubscribed shares in the placing of shares), all 0.255 billion unsubscribed shares were successfully placed at a price of HK$0.10 per share, equivalent to the subscription price under the placing. Therefore, there is no net income available for distribution to non-exercising shareholders under the placing.

The net proceeds from the offering, after deducting all related expenses, are approximately HK$26 million.
