On September 25th, Gelunhui revealed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huizhou Intelligent Technology Group (002122.SZ), has cooperated with professional investment institution Shanghai Lingben Asset Management Co., Ltd., and participated in its capacities as the manager and general partner of Quzhou Lingben Juguang Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), referred to as Lingben Juguang Fund. The specific method involves acquiring 36 million partnership units from Lingben Juguang Fund's limited partner Hainan Qiji Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hainan Qiji) (representing 17.3913% of Lingben Juguang Fund's total size, with a corresponding subscribed capital of 36 million yuan, and an actual paid-in capital of 10 million yuan) for a transaction price of 10 million yuan. After Xu Zhou Runxi acquires the above units, Xu Zhou Runxi will contribute 26 million yuan to Lingben Juguang Fund. Upon completion of this transaction, Xu Zhou Runxi will hold 36 million partnership units of Lingben Juguang Fund as a limited partner, and Hainan Qiji will no longer be a partner of Lingben Juguang Fund.

It specializes in investing in Guangchi Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guangchi Semiconductor). Guangchi Semiconductor, established in September 2021, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japanese company Corporation Optoran, which is a subsidiary of Guangchi Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It focuses on the production of atomic layer deposition (ALD) coating equipment within the coating equipment sector. The equipment it produces is mainly used in optical lens modules, 3D surfaces, compound semiconductors, and optical semiconductors. Its customers span various fields including optics, display equipment, generic semiconductors, and electronic consumer products.
