On September 25, Gleaneur announced that on September 25, 2024, it signed a "Joint Operation Agreement" with Xianghe Kunlun in Zhongzhan District, Jiaozuo City, henan Province, to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company, henan do-fluoride Kunlun New Materials Co., Ltd., with a registered address in Jiaozuo City, henan Province, and a registered capital of 0.1 billion yuan. Do-fluoride contributed 90 million yuan in mmf, accounting for 90%; Xianghe Kunlun contributed 10 million yuan in mmf, accounting for 10% (the basic situation is temporary, subject to the final business license issued by the market supervision department). The joint venture plans to build a 10,000 tons/year lithium hexafluorophosphate production line, with a project construction period of 12-15 months.

This cooperation on the lithium hexafluorophosphate project can fully leverage the advantages and brand effects of both joint venture parties in technology, funds, raw materials, production management, marketing channels, talent, resources, etc., to promote the optimal allocation of social resources.
