UEM Sunrise Berhad has announced a 100% take-up rate for its latest Iskandar Puteri projects, including Aspira Hills (Phase 1), DiReka Square, and Aspira LakeHomes (Phases 4, 5, and 6), collectively valued at RM499 million in gross development value (GDV).

The Aspira Hills Phase 1 preview, held on 21 September 2024, saw all 272 units fully booked within a day, generating a GDV of RM198 million. Homebuyers were drawn to the development's exceptional connectivity and family-friendly features, which include four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a six-acre Central Park. Enthusiastic buyers queued overnight, eager to secure their units.

On 22 September, the DiReka Square preview, comprising two- and three-storey shop offices in Puteri Harbour, also witnessed full bookings for all 67 units. The premier commercial hub, located in the Laman DiReka township, boasts excellent connectivity to key landmarks such as Kota Iskandar, the Johor Bahru Court Complex, and Raffles American School, with a GDV of RM158 million.

Aspira LakeHomes Phases 4, 5, and 6, previewed in July and September, achieved similar success, with all 147 units sold out, contributing RM143 million in GDV. The development, located in Gerbang Nusajaya, offers spacious super-link houses with scenic lakeside views and modern amenities, making it a highly sought-after township.

UEM Sunrise CEO Sufian Abdullah expressed his gratitude for the strong market response, noting, "This milestone underscores UEM Sunrise's strong presence in Johor's property market and our commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality housing."

Sufian also highlighted the positive outlook for Iskandar Puteri, particularly with the progress of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) and the Gerbang Nusajaya Interchange, which enhance cross-border trade and connectivity, reducing travel time to the Tuas Checkpoint to just 15 minutes. He added, "We anticipate continued appeal from both investors and homebuyers as interest in the Iskandar Malaysia property market rises."

Looking ahead, UEM Sunrise remains committed to creating vibrant and sustainable communities, aligning with Malaysia's long-term growth goals and contributing to the development of Iskandar Puteri as a key growth centre.
