On September 25, at the 2nd Digital Quality Management Innovation and Practice Forum held in Beijing, Luyuan Electric Bicycle, as the drafting unit for the “New National Standard” and one of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's first batch of companies to meet the “Electric Bicycle Industry Specification Requirements”, showed the industry a blueprint for transformation from “rapid growth” to “high-quality growth”.

The forum focused on “Accelerating the construction of new quality productivity and making every effort to promote high-quality development”, and aimed to respond to the country's strategic plan for high-end, intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry. At the forum, representatives from the Quality Development Bureau of the General Administration of Market Supervision, the Accreditation and Inspection Department of the General Administration of Market Supervision, and representatives of outstanding manufacturing enterprises such as Luyuan, Extreme Krypton, and Ideal delivered keynote speeches on key topics such as how to stimulate the vitality of new quality productivity, promote the overall improvement of industrial quality, and accelerate the pace of high-quality development.

This transformation not only requires products to meet new standards in terms of safety, durability, and battery life, but also places higher demands on enterprise technological innovation, production management, and compliance management.

In this context, some small and medium-sized manufacturers will face serious challenges, while leading companies are expected to use their advantages to achieve excessive growth and further strengthen their market position. He stressed that high-quality development driven by new productivity has become an irreversible trend in the industry, and enterprises must speed up transformation and upgrading to meet the new demands of the market.

Furthermore, in order to ensure product quality, every vehicle manufactured by Luyuan needs to go through 50 stages of processing from assembly to disassembly. The off-line area of the workshop is equipped with a test ride test track, and every finished car is tested to ensure that the unpacking pass rate reaches 100%.
