ourgame (06899.HK) announced that it has formally issued a lawyer's letter to its subsidiary, Allied Gaming & Entertainment Inc. (AGAE), to make relevant demands, and will continue to inquire into AGAE, investigate whether there are any other improper actions by AGAE's board of directors and management, as well as actions that harm the interests of the company as AGAE shareholders.

ourgame stated that it will take appropriate measures based on the inquiries and investigation results, including but not limited to legal actions, to firmly uphold the legitimate rights of the company as AGAE shareholders. In addition, the company, its legal advisors, and auditors are actively evaluating the impact and consequences of recent events.

At the request of ourgame, its shares have been suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since March 28 this year, and trading will continue to be suspended until the company meets all resumption guidance, rectifies the issues that led to the suspension, and fully complies with listing rules to the satisfaction of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
