As of June 30, 2024, 80.1485 million yuan of the raised funds have been invested, with the remaining raised funds at 168.0584 million yuan. In order to further promote the company's business development, accelerate the layout of energy-efficient window products in all categories, and improve the efficiency of the use of raised funds, the company plans to change the use of part of the raised funds. The originally planned raised funds for the 'Harbin annual production of 0.15 million square meters of customized energy-saving wooden window construction project' (including the funds already invested) and the raised funds whose usage has not been decided after the previous change of purpose will be used for the implementation of the new projects 'Energy-saving window supporting aluminum material frame capacity enhancement project' and 'Energy-saving window supporting intelligent manufacturing of hollow glass project', with the remaining amount to be supplemented by the company's own funds.
