Bursa Malaysia Berhad has announced a significant change regarding one of its listed companies. SIAB Holdings Berhad will now be known as Taghill Holdings Berhad, effective from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 26 September 2024.
With this name change, the company will also update its stock short name. The old stock short name "SIAB" will transition to "TAGHILL," reflecting the new identity. The company's warrants will follow suit, with SIAB Holdings Berhad – Warrants A 2024/2029 changing to Taghill Holdings Berhad – Warrants A 2024/2029.
Importantly, while the names and short stock names will change, the stock numbers will remain unchanged. This rebranding marks a new chapter for the company as it seeks to enhance its market presence under the Taghill name.
