On the news front, Nanfang Black Sesame Asia Vets announced a strategic cooperation with Zebra Zhixing at the recent Alibaba Cloud Conference. The two parties will extend their cooperation from the Wudang C1200 family chips of Nanfang Black Sesame Asia Vets to the broader intelligent cockpit OS field, and will engage in more in-depth cooperation around intelligent cockpit and large-scale model applications.

Previously, Nanfang Black Sesame Asia Vets released its semi-annual performance announcement, with the overall gross margin of the company increasing by 365.3% to RMB 901 million in the first half of the year. Among them, the gross margin of the company's autonomous driving products and solutions increased from 12.9% for the six months ended June 30, 2023 to 47.2% for the six months ended June 30, 2024. This was because the company's autonomous driving algorithms integrated in SoC-based solutions have been improved and validated in the commercial production process, enabling the company's customers to choose solutions with fewer hardware components according to their needs.
