Knight revealed that the inventory in North America decreased by 0.045 million vehicles from July to August, with the local operation trending towards health. They hope that by early next year, after further reducing the inventory by 0.1 million vehicles, the situation will further improve. The company previously mentioned that by the end of the first half of the year, the overall inventory was 1.4 million vehicles, leading to a 40% decline in adjusted operating profit, mainly due to poor performance in the North American business.
