Fdb Holdings (01826.HK) announced that Zhong Zhu Global Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the auditor, effective from September 23rd, due to the inability to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the group's comprehensive financial statements as of the end of this year. The company has appointed Ernst & Young as the new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhong Zhu Global's resignation, effective from yesterday (23rd), and will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
The company pointed out that Zhong Zhu Global has not yet begun any audit work on the company's financial statements for the year ending this December. Therefore, it is expected that changing the auditor will not have any significant impact on the annual audit and performance announcement for the year ending this December.
