Wise News APP reported that Emperor Int'l (00163) announced that on September 13, 2024 (Friday) at 4:00 pm (the final acceptance deadline), a total of 113 valid applications and acceptances were received, including: a total of 79 acceptances made under the provisional allotment notifications of provisional quotas, involving 1.624 billion shares under the rights issue, accounting for approximately 88.30% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the rights issue reservation; and a total of 34 valid applications made under the additional application forms for additional shares, involving 0.256 billion additional shares, accounting for approximately 13.93% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the rights issue.

In total, based on the valid acceptances and applications of 1.88 billion shares under the provisional allotment notifications and additional application forms, it accounts for approximately 102.23% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the rights issue (i.e., 1.839 billion shares). Therefore, there was an oversubscription of 41.0587 million shares under the rights issue, accounting for approximately 2.23% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the rights issue.

Based on the number of valid acceptances under the provisional allotment notifications mentioned above, there are 0.215 billion shares available for subscription based on the additional application forms, while the total amount of additional shares applied for under the additional application forms is 0.256 billion shares.

The total amount raised from the rights issue is approximately 0.46 billion Hong Kong dollars. After deducting all expenses related to the rights issue, the net proceeds from the rights issue are approximately 0.456 billion Hong Kong dollars.
