Gelonghui on September 23rd: *ST Dongyuan (002310.SZ) announced that due to Ms. He Qiaonu and Mr. Tang Kai, the concerted action person, failing to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the stock pledge agreement, their held company stocks have all been pledged and frozen by the pledgees. Huachuang Securities and Dongxing Securities have the right to close out the shares held by Ms. He Qiaonu and Mr. Tang Kai in accordance with the "Interim Measures for the Management of Share Reduction by Shareholders of Listed Companies" and Guideline No. 18. Despite the company's notification to shareholders to negotiate a resolution as much as possible, it cannot be ruled out that Huachuang Securities and Dongxing Securities may forcibly close out some of the company stocks held by the two individuals.

The closing out disposal is to be conducted by the pledgees through centralized bidding and block trading methods permitted by laws and regulations. Within any consecutive 90 natural days, all pledgees shall not reduce their holdings through centralized bidding transactions by more than 1% of the total share capital of the company, or through block trading by more than 2% of the total share capital of the company. If the reduction is done through block trading, the transferee shall not transfer the shares acquired within six months. Ms. He Qiaonu and the concerted action person must jointly comply with the above reduction ratio requirements.

The pledgee Huachuang Securities may close out the 12,000,000 shares (0.45% of the total share capital) pledged by Ms. He Qiaonu to it according to the "Assist in Enforcement Notice" ([2024] Yue 03 Hui Zhi 131); the pledgee Dongxing Securities may close out the 16,400,000 shares (0.61% of the total share capital) pledged by Mr. Tang Kai to it according to the "Assist in Enforcement Notice" ([2023] Jing 02 Zhi Hui 482).
