Uranium Energy stated that this transaction will enable it to unlock the development potential of the company's investment portfolio in the Great Divide Basin in Wyoming, increase its historical resources by 0.175 billion pounds, and create its third U.S. hub-and-spoke production platform in its pure uranium business.

In addition to Uranium Energy's existing 54,615 acres of mining rights in the Great Divide Basin, this acquisition will establish a mining and exploration portfolio of approximately 108,000 acres.
