KJTS Group Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd had accepted a Letter of Award from Sunway Engie DC Sdn Bhd for the subcontract work in respect of the design, planning, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, warranty and comprehensive maintenance of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation
pipework for a data centre in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, Malaysia.

The scope of the work is in respect of the design, planning, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, warranty and comprehensive maintenance of ACMV pipework. The contract value of the job is estimated at RM23.7 million.

KJTS said the Sub-Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholding of KJTS and its subsidiaries, however, the SubContract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of the Group until the expiration of the Sub-Contract.
