Gelonghui September 23rd, c.q. pharmaceutical holding (000950.SZ) announced that, in order to further broaden financing channels, optimize financing structure and asset-liability structure, meet the capital needs for further development of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd.'s holding subsidiary Chongqing Pharmaceuticals (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Pharmaceuticals or the issuer"), c.q. pharmaceutical holding intends to register and issue perpetual bonds (including but not limited to perpetual medium-term notes, renewable bond products, etc.), with a registered issuance scale not exceeding RMB 2 billion yuan (inclusive). This matter is still subject to the approval of the company's shareholders' meeting.
