Glory9 announced on September 23 that the board of directors of Great Adult International (01957.HK) has been informed by the company's shareholder MBV Capital Limited that from September 19, 2024 to September 20, 2024, MBV Capital conducted on-exchange transactions through the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, selling a total of 6.3 million shares of the company at an average price of approximately HK$0.43 per share, equivalent to approximately 1% of the total number of shares issued by the company as of the date of this announcement.

The sale was conducted in the open market. Following the sale, the number of shares held by MBV Capital decreased from approximately 70.0% of the total number of shares issued by the company to approximately 69.0%.
