Bo Kai-kin, Senior Director of CBRE Group's Capital Markets Department in Hong Kong, stated that 321 Java Road is developed by the same developer as the adjacent Eastman Kodak Building Phase 2, both being Sun Hung Kai Properties. While the entire Phase 2 has already been sold separately, the unified ownership of 321 Java Road is quite rare.
