CBRE Group has been exclusively appointed by the owner to sell the entire building at 321 Java Road, North Point (formerly known as Eastman Kodak Building Phase 1) through a public tender process. The property has a site coverage area of approximately 0.154 million square feet, with an estimated market value of about 1 billion yuan, at a price of around 6,500 yuan per square foot.

Located at the junction of Java Road North Point and Health East Street, just a 5-minute walk from Quarry Bay MTR Station, the property is close to Grade A commercial buildings including 633 King's Road, 625 King's Road, and K11 Atelier King's Road. Completed in 1985, the 13-storey building has a basement garage with 27 parking spaces, with specific floors having a ceiling height of approximately 6.8 meters, and features a separate entrance, lobby, and parking lot.

Bo Kai-kin, Senior Director of CBRE Group's Capital Markets Department in Hong Kong, stated that 321 Java Road is developed by the same developer as the adjacent Eastman Kodak Building Phase 2, both being Sun Hung Kai Properties. While the entire Phase 2 has already been sold separately, the unified ownership of 321 Java Road is quite rare.
