Mainland kitchenware brand Carloforte (02549.HK) announced the details of its stock offering, planning to globally issue nearly 0.13 billion shares, with 10% for public offering in Hong Kong and 90% for international offering. The offering price per share ranges from 5.72 yuan to 5.78 yuan, with an entry fee of 2,919.14 yuan for 500 shares.
