Yuhua Edu (06169.HK) announced that, starting from the completion of the redemption total amount of 0.5 billion yuan convertible bonds, until last Friday (20th), it has repurchased a total principal amount of 60.1316 million yuan of convertible bonds in accordance with the terms and conditions of the convertible bonds, at a total cash price of approximately 32.471 million yuan, equivalent to a purchase price of about 54% of the face value of the convertible bonds.

Yuhua Edu also indicated that the repurchased bonds accounted for approximately 2.88% of the originally issued convertible bonds. After redeeming the repurchased bonds, the principal amount of the unconverted convertible bonds will be 0.913 billion yuan.
