According to the announcement by Zhitong Finance APP, Winner Technology (300609.SZ) announced on September 4, 2023, that the company signed an Equity Transfer Agreement with Sichuan Hongzhi Yuanda Technology Co., Ltd. ("Hongzhi Yuanda") and Wang Xiaodan, acquiring 5% equity of Sichuan Binji Technology Co., Ltd. ("Binji Technology", the target company) held by Hongzhi Yuanda for 50 million yuan.

It is reported that the parties recently signed a "Equity Transfer Termination Agreement". After the agreement was signed, Hongzhi Yuanda fully refunded the first installment of equity transfer payment of 25 million yuan that the company had already paid, and also paid compensation of 1.25 million yuan, totaling 26.25 million yuan, which will be paid by Sichuan Xinyue Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. ("Xinyue Technology") on behalf of Hongzhi Yuanda; after the aforementioned amount is received, the original Equity Transfer Agreement is officially terminated, and the company will no longer pay the second installment of equity transfer payment of 25 million yuan.
