On September 20, Gelunhui announced that on September 20, 2024, Tesson Holdings (01201.HK) as the issuer and Hong Kong Aerospace Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong) as the subscriber entered into a subscription agreement. The company conditionally agreed to issue and distribute 0.12 billion shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.10 per share, and the subscription shares account for approximately 5.78% of the company's existing issued share capital; and expand the issued share capital by approximately 5.46% through distribution. The subscription price is HKD 0.10 per share, which is a discount of approximately 3.85% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.104 per share on the Stock Exchange on September 20.

After deducting all related expenses, the net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HKD 11.6 million. The company plans to use the net proceeds for general operating capital of the group.
