After Cheng Xing resigns as co-secretary, he will continue to serve as the company's general counsel and assistant to the chairman.

Following Feng Baoting's departure and Cheng Xing's job transfer, the company proposes to appoint Wu Xiuwei as the new co-secretary, authorized representative, and legal representative of the company's legal proceedings. In addition, Wang Zan will be appointed as another new co-secretary, effective from September 20, 2024.
