Alibaba Cloud held its annual flagship event Yunqi Conference, announcing its self-developed Tongyi AI platform to generate AI models, serving over 0.3 million customers, a significant increase from around 0.09 million customers in May this year. Alibaba Cloud stated that through the Tongyi AI model and its scalable global cloud infrastructure, it can provide better customer experiences and mature innovative solutions for industries such as automobiles, gaming, travel, and information technology.

At the event, Alibaba Cloud announced a partnership with the UNESCO International Centre for Higher Education Innovation to bring the advantages of generative AI to higher education institutions through digital training. Zhou Jingren, Chief Technology Officer of Alibaba Cloud, expressed the hope to unlock the potential of generative AI for more businesses and individuals with the help of digital training and convenient cloud solutions.

In addition, Alibaba Cloud also released the Cabin Driver Fusion Grand Model Solution designed for automotive applications, jointly developed by Alibaba Cloud, NVIDIA, and Alibaba's smart cabin solution provider 'Zebra'. It will be launched to Chinese auto manufacturers, providing car owners with a superior interactive experience.
