Shanghai Real Estate Appraiser Affairs Limited Liability Company, commissioned by the Huangpu District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau's Shanghai Huangpu District House Acquisition Affairs Center, assessed the above-mentioned target assets and issued an evaluation report (No. Shanghai Real Estate Appraiser Estimate (2022) House No.0127D-190-009, 011, 052), with the valuation point at February 10, 2022. Based on the asset evaluation value, the transaction price was determined through negotiation between the two parties, and the compensation amount for the acquired complete property rights houses, public non-residential houses, and related assets, as well as other types of subsidies, is 260.44 million yuan. According to the relevant acquisition process, Double Money Company commissioned Huangpu Second House Acquisition Company to assist in the clearance of the acquired houses, and the compensation amount is divided and settled, with the clearance subsidies directly paid to the clearance objects.
